How we work
JMS Gas is run by John Swift, who has spent close to 20 years on gas appliances, heating systems and plumbing. He is the engineer who attends, quotes and carries out the work, which is why the standard doesn’t vary between jobs.
That means being straight with people. If a repair is the sensible option this year, we’ll say so. If a job needs a specialism we don’t hold, we’ll tell you that too rather than have a go at it.
The way we record and hand over work is built for that — proper paperwork, notified installations, and photographs of what was done.
