Who we are
JMS Gas is a sole trader gas, heating and plumbing business serving Warrington, St Helens and surrounding areas.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, telephone number, email address, postcode, a description of the work and any photographs you choose to send.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey or quotation, and carry out any work you go on to book. We don't sell or share your details with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after a reasonable period. Records relating to completed gas work are kept as required by the relevant regulations.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirement to keep gas safety records. Contact hello@jmsgas.co.uk to do so.
